Test Practices Assessment

Testmasters, Inc. will perform an intensive short-term review of current testing policies, practices, and processes and provide the client with an in-depth analysis of results specifying where more effective approaches can be taken to achieve the organization's quality objectives. The analysis addresses risk/cost factors affording management the ability to make informed decisions regarding quality assurance and software testing. The final report includes recommendations where revised procedures, alternative automated approaches, and specific testing tools can be applied.

Assessments can be performed for clarification of individual project status or performed to evaluate the enterprise-wide quality assurance practices. Normally, these assessments are conducted within a 2 to 4 week period. The intention of this rapid assessment is to confirm positive attributes and identify potential areas of improvement. Wherein an enterprise assessment is performed, consultants evaluate process definition documentation, as well as sample illustrations from actual projects.
