Security

TMS Security is designed to prevent unauthorized access to the system. It controls both the personnel who are allowed access to the system and the rights allowed to each User ID. Users are assigned an ID, Password, and one of four levels of access rights:

0	Full access to Security, TCS, and PRS.
1	Full access to all TCS and PRS functions (excluding Security).
2	Access to update existing data.
3	Read Only.
