Principle and Senior Consultants have in excess of 10 years of experience in software design, development, testing, and implementation with an emphasis on software testing. They are highly skilled professionals with the ability to plan and execute significant software projects with an appropriate and pragmatic view toward quality, risk, and cost-effectiveness. Consultants are capable of managing both in-house and contract staff to meet your project delivery goals. |

Senior Test Specialists have from 5 to 10 years experience in functional testing, test planning, test strategy development, managing multi-system / multi-platform test execution, and selection and use of automated test tools (Mercury Interactive, AutoTester, Segue, SQA, etc.). These senior specialists are capable of facilitating test architecture definition, analyzing risks, defining test data, and organizing and leading your test resources. They are equally capable of defining, implementing, and controlling test environments, including problem and change management activities. |

Test Specialists have from 3 to 5 years experience in functional testing, functional analysis of application software, development of detailed test cases, test case execution and documentation of results, and use of automated test tools. These personnel can be immediately productive as test team members, working with your staff and/or other contract staff. |

Application Testers are familiar with functional testing and have experience creating detailed test data. These contractors are adept at test execution, identification and documentation of potential errors, and documenting test results. |
